Return & Refund Policy

At Xion 16 Men’s PG, Siruseri SIPCOT, we strive to provide a transparent and customer-friendly booking experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms for cancellations, booking advances, and refunds.

1. Advance Payment / Booking Fee
  • To confirm a room, residents are required to pay an advance/booking fee.

  • This advance ensures that your room is reserved for the agreed date.

2. Cancellation by Resident
  • If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment (excluding any payment gateway charges).

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, 50% of the advance will be refunded.

  • If you cancel on or after the check-in date, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Xion 16
  • In the rare case that we are unable to provide you with a room after confirming your booking, we will issue a 100% refund of your advance payment.

4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used during booking.

5. Non-Refundable Items
  • Monthly rent once paid is non-refundable, even if the resident decides to vacate early.

  • Additional services such as food, laundry, or housekeeping charges are also non-refundable once availed.
