House Rules & Policies – Xion 16 Men’s PG

At Xion 16 Men’s PG, Siruseri SIPCOT, we believe in creating a safe, comfortable, and community-driven living environment. To maintain harmony and ensure a hassle-free stay for everyone, we request all residents to kindly follow the policies outlined below.

1. 🔇 Quiet Hours

  • To respect everyone’s rest and work schedules, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

  • Please avoid loud music, gatherings, or disturbances during this time.

  • Common areas may be used, but with minimal noise to ensure peace of mind for all residents.

2. 🧹 Daily Housekeeping

  • Professional housekeeping staff will clean rooms and common areas daily.

  • Residents are requested to cooperate with staff during cleaning hours.

  • Please help maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste in designated bins and avoiding littering in hallways or common spaces.

3. 🔐 Safety & Security

  • Biometric entry and CCTV surveillance are in place for your safety.

  • Residents are required to use their registered biometric ID to enter the premises.

  • Sharing access with outsiders is strictly prohibited.

  • Please do not tamper with security systems or cameras — violations will lead to strict action.

4. 👫 Visitor Policy

  • Visitors are welcome but allowed only in designated common areas.

  • For security reasons, visitors are not permitted in private rooms.

  • Overnight stays for visitors are strictly not allowed.

  • All visitors must sign in at the security desk and carry valid ID if requested.

5. 🍴 Food & Dining

  • Residents will receive three freshly cooked meals daily (veg & non-veg options, with tea/coffee).

  • Community dining is encouraged; please avoid wasting food.

  • Personal cooking is permitted in the self-cooking kitchen provided.

  • Strictly no cooking inside rooms due to fire safety.

6. 💻 Internet & Entertainment Use

  • High-speed WiFi, PlayStation, Foosball, and Table Tennis are provided for recreation.

  • Please use these facilities responsibly.

  • Downloading or sharing pirated or illegal content over WiFi is strictly prohibited.

7. 🚭 Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and respectful community:

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Gambling, disruptive behavior, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Residents engaging in prohibited activities may face immediate termination of stay.

8. 🚗 Parking & Vehicles

  • Limited parking is available for two-wheelers and cars.

  • Parking is subject to availability and should be used responsibly.

  • The management is not liable for any damage/theft of vehicles.

9. 🛑 Damage & Liability

  • Any intentional damage to property (furniture, appliances, fixtures) will be charged to the resident responsible.

  • Please treat all facilities with care so everyone can enjoy them equally.

10. 📜 General Guidelines

  • Keep your room and belongings secure. The management is not responsible for personal valuables.

  • Respect fellow residents and staff at all times.

  • In case of emergency (medical, fire, security), follow the instructions of staff immediately.

  • Policies may be updated from time to time; residents will be informed of changes.
